Two traditional soft ripened cheeses from Rhone-Alps. Made with pasteurized cow’s milk & cream (60% fat in D.M.), these cheeses benefit from all the know-how of French cheese makers. An exquisite taste, lightly fruity, a creamy texture that melts in the mouth.

Le Rove des Garrigues Etoile du Sud :
This soft white cheese made with pasteurized goat’s milk is a speciality of Provence. Goats usually eat the Provence grass and herbs like thyme, lemon,…So many flavours that gives to this cheese an absolutely unique taste !

Le Provençal Etoile du Sud :
This soft white cheese is made with pasteurized goat’s milk .
It is a speciality of Provence. Fresh and melting, this cheese is enriched with Provence mixed herbs and a thin layer of olives cream which has been spread between the two parts of cheese.
A delicious mix between olives flavours and the creamy soft white cheese.

Soft ripened cheese with pasteurized goat’s milk.
Les Boucantrins, small goat cheeses, are produced in our traditional cheese dairy, located in the Lot region, a famous place for the goat cheeses. Thanks to the matured process (10 days), it has a nutty taste and a creamy texture that melts in the mouth. This cheese goes well served alone in its pretty wood tray or with toasted bread on salads.
